Strong At Home: Volume I


This is a 4-week progressive overload program designed to be done from home with minimal equipment. This program will help you get stronger, leaner, and more toned. The workouts follow the following split:

  • Day 1: Lower Body I
  • Day 2: Shoulders, Chest, Triceps, & Core
  • Day 3: Lower Body II
  • Day 4: Back, Biceps, & Core
  • Day 5: Full Body 

*Each workout has a 30 or 60-minute option*

Once purchased, you will be instructed to download the FHM+ App where you’ll have access to form videos, written cues, and premium workout logging feature. Track your weights, reps, time, and progress over the course of the program.
