I used to struggle going to the gym and not really knowing what exercises to do. Then I got into some group classes with an emphasis on cardio, because that’s what we were told worked.
But after months of working out this way, I saw little to no results. That’s when I started strength training in my basement. I learned basic moves, which turned in to me becoming obsessed with proper form and more research.
After a few months, I started noticing some amazing results, particularly with body recomposition – toning my arms, legs and really my entire body. I was hooked, and I wanted to help other women just like me.
That’s when I decided to become a personal trainer, achieving NASM certified, which is regarded as an elite personal training certificate.
I then tested hundreds of workouts to achieve the body I wanted. That’s what Fit is – a science-backed strength training program designed for women.
Inside the app are my programs that I’ve created over the years, each with a specific purpose. You’ll be able to choose a program that works for you, on your time.

The term “macro-friendly” has been thrown around a lot lately.
With fad diets here today and gone tomorrow, many women are now trying to figure out a more sustainable solution to lose weight and stay in shape. And trust me, I was right there with you.
That’s when I started making my own recipes, focusing on high protein and a balance of carbs and healthy fats – all to try and hit my macro numbers and really change my body recomposition.
After seeing results that actually sustained themselves with my body, I decided to share some of my macro-friendly recipes for free, on our blog. I had a lot of great feedback from my loyal readers and found better ways to improve the recipes, focusing on saving time and keeping cooking a meal realistic.
Then, I took things to a whole new level and created hundreds of recipes, but not all of them are free anymore. That’s what Fueled is – all of my premium macro-friendly recipes.
