3 Day Full Body Volume II


This is a 4-week full body workout program that includes 3 full body workouts. This program requires dumbbells only and is designed to be done from. Also included in this program is recommended cardio. Workouts will repeat for 4 weeks to ensure proper progression.

Once purchased, you will be instructed to download the FHM+ App where you’ll have access to form videos, written cues, and premium workout logging feature. Track your weights, reps, time, and progress over the course of the program.
